These terms describe how appointments, cancellations, health requirements, and our satisfaction guarantee work at Rialto Pet Grooming. By booking a grooming service with us you agree to these terms.
Appointments are scheduled by phone or online. We ask for advance notice on cancellations so we can offer the slot to another client. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
Please let us know about any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or behavioral concerns before your dog's appointment. We use calm, patient handling and will stop the groom if we believe continuing would be unsafe for your dog or our team.
Every groom is backed by a 4-day satisfaction window. If anything needs adjustment, bring your dog back and we'll take care of it at no additional charge.
Rialto Pet Grooming is located at 513 W Foothill Blvd, Rialto, CA 92376. We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Sunday and Monday are available by appointment only.
